Google’s Gemini AI might soon appear in your corporate Workspace

Google is making Gemini AI a core part of its Workspace productivity suite, which could see the chatbot adopted by millions more users. In its latest blog post, the search giant announced that the standalone Gemini app is being included as standard on Workspace Business, Enterprise, and Frontline plans starting sometime in Q4, replacing the need to purchase a separate Gemini add-on.

Google says that Gemini is subject to the same enterprise terms as other core Workspace services like Gmail and Docs, and won’t use an organization’s data, generated responses, or user prompts to train or otherwise improve its Gemini AI model.
